three bands to catch this May

Midnight Passenger's new album has been generating interest with new and old fans alike.  The new album, produced by Jim Stewart under the record label Cellar Door, is a breath of fresh air for the Cleveland music scene. The music of Midnight Passenger has been quite well received, especially at this year's Brite Winter Festival.  They will be doing a CD release show at Mahall's on 
May 2nd, 2015 - 8:30 PM show.

The Modern Electric's new album is absolutely a prime example of magic.  They won our hearts with the earworm "David Bowie (Save Us All)," but Cleveland's own The Modern Electric has proven time and again they've got the skills to create more than one hit song that will withstand the test of time.  With lush orchestrations and the adept lyricism of front man Garrett Komyati, the quartet has set forth to release a new album, Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, with a music video for each song, which they've written and directed.

They will be playing at The House Of Blues Cleveland May 9th with Welshly Arms.

Seafair is an energetic and delightful sound coming from our city.  Their upcoming release, The Querencia, is long awaited and their teaser for 250 limited edition vinyl records for the scheduled May 23rd release at The Grog Shop has fans in a buzz.  The show will host Midnight Passenger as a supporting band to this release. The band has been enjoying touring life, including SXSW in Austin, and made the final four in the Bonnaroo contest.  They are full of energy and ready to hit Cleveland with an amazing show.
