The red carpet will be rolled out as the international burlesque stars join together to celebrate eighty five years of burlesque heritage at The 5th Annual Ohio Burlesque Festival.
The festival’s motto this year is “Harmony through Diversity” in order to best represent a community that is present and thriving worldwide. Over seventy performers will be included in the three-day festival, featuring burlesque, vaudeville, sideshow, and variety.
Thursday, July 30th, 2015, the festival will kick off at The Beachland Ballroom and Tavern, located at 15711 Waterloo Road, Cleveland, Ohio. Showcases will feature burlesque with a touch of comedy. Abby Downton and Erik Tate will host.
Friday, July 31st, 2015, the festival continues at The Beachland.
Friday’s festivities will feature the All Stars, which will give the unique nouveau burlesque experience that is energetic and notably over-the-top. Friday will be hosted by Foxy Tann (Minnesota) and feature headliners Bella Sin (Cleveland) , Dangrrr Doll (NYC), and Bazuka Joe (Chicago).
Saturday’s Gala will bring elegance and grace laced with sass, combining a little of everything from a dynamic group of performers that are ready to shine. Aya Fontaine (Las Vegas) The Maine Attraction from NYC 1/3rd Of The World Famous Pontani Sisters, The Maine Attraction has been performing for industry titans like HBO, Univision and Bravo and names like Lady Gaga, Angie Pontani (Miss Exotic World 2008) to designer Marc Jacobs.
Tickets are available for a limited time at $50 for the weekend pass.
Single day tickets will cost $20 in advance, $25 at the door with VIP and Reserve Tickets Available.
