Throughout the session, you'll explore the techniques and artistry behind commanding attention and owning the spotlight, learning to infuse your performance with charisma and confidence. The workshop is built to provide practical tools, empowering tips, and a personalized blueprint you can take home, allowing you to continue refining and evolving your persona at your own pace long after the session ends. Whether you're a seasoned performer or a newcomer, you'll leave feeling inspired and equipped to shine in any setting

Discover what it means to make ‘em wait for it. How do you draw your audience in? Build tension? Satisfy that tension or leave them thirsting for more? In this workshop, you will receive personalized feedback from your instructor in an intimate cohort and delve into the connection between sensual embodiment and deep musicality. You will learn a sequence of movements, and then have space to play with the sequence to different music and with freestyle prompts. Beginners welcome!
Required wear: Clothing you can move in, heels optional.
